From there, each axis is fitted with precision ballscrews, hand-scraped guideways, and servo control for smooth, accurate motion. Cylindrical Grinder

The UTG and UC Series cylindrical grinders are engineered for precise OD, ID, and taper grinding applications. These machines are designed for shops that demand exceptional concentricity, roundness, and surface finish—whether it’s tool components, bearing races, or long industrial shafts.

Available models include:

  • UTG-2050 / UTG-2550 – Compact universal grinders with internal and external capability
  • UTG-32 / UTG-38 / UTG-45 – Heavy-duty cylindrical grinders available in four work lengths: 600 mm, 1000 mm, 1500 mm, and 2000 mm (23.6″–78.7″) between centers
  • UC-1808 / UC-1810 – Compact cylindrical grinders ideal for small, high-precision components


Each model is available in manual, hydraulic, or full NC control configurations, allowing shops to choose the balance of automation and hands-on control that fits their workflow.
