RCT Series - Roller Cam
The RCT Roller Cam Series is engineered to meet the high-speed & precision requirements of modern machine tools. These roller-cam driven tables use pre-loaded rolling contact for distortion-free power transmission—no kickback, no wear, and virtually no maintenance. The result is sustained accuracy and torque that stays consistent year after year.
The zero-backlash technology delivers exceptional prevision and rigidity, achieving a rotational accuracy of ±10 arc seconds and repeatability better than ±4 arc seconds.
Thanks to its mechanically rigid, zero-backlash design, the Roller Drive system operates without the need for a clamping mechanism. This removes clamp and unclamp cycle times and eliminates the energy consumption typical of hydraulic systems.
This distortion-free performance, combined with the no-clamp design, enables ultra-fast positioning, resulting in increased productivity.
